JA Radio

JA Fellows is an in-depth, highly intensive leadership and entrepreneurship program for high school students.  As JA Fellows, high school students gain real-world business experience by working in groups of 15-20, starting, capitalizing and managing their own small businesses, while also developing communication and financial management skills.  During this time, they are hosted and advised by volunteers at corporate sites who work alongside the students as business advisors, providing insight around larger concepts such as business planning, financial literacy and work readiness.  At the end of the year, all student companies participate in an annual Expo, which includes a variety of individual and team competitions that can lead to scholarships.

JA Fellows represents the pinnacle programmatic experience of Junior Achievement.
